RULES & REGULATIONS

1. Car BOOKING RETURNING TIMING:
   i) Car Booking Timing – from 9 am to 6 pm.
   ii) Car returning timing – 9 am
   2. Only the “Car hirer on rent” can drive the bike. It cannot be given to anybody else for driving.
   3. DOCS REQUIRED:
   a) Driving License compulsory.
   b) ID – Pan Card / Aadhaar Card etc.
   4. DEPOSIT: Payment first then vehicle will be given.
   5. When Car key along with the Car is handed over. Car renter has to take a photo / video of the bike. Send one copy to the lender.
   6. Hirer will be fully responsible for the security and care of the Car. If any damage occurs, the same has to be informed to the lender immediately. Also, the hirer will have to make good by repairing in the showroom or give cash, based on the estimates of the showroom.
   7. Based on car capacity, persons allowed on the car.
   8. Car seatbelt wearing is compulsory for the driver driving the car.
   9. Hirer will be charged for dirtying the dinky container.
   10. Care has to be taken to maintain the car in good condition.
   11. No driving on drinking alcohol or abusive substance.
   12. RTO rules of Goa Govt has to be followed strictly.
